Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts should be submitted online via the abstract submission system on the website. Abstracts sent by email or mail will not be accepted.
The abstracts to be presented at the congress should be experimental studies, clinical studies, or original case presentations that contribute to scientific advancement and provide a concluding message. Abstracts will be reviewed as submitted by the abstract deadline. No changes to abstract text, including correcting typographical errors, incorrect data, etc. will be permitted after this date.

Writing Guidelines
- Abstracts will be collected via the online abstract submission system.
- Academic titles should not be used in the author’s names.
- Names should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized.
- The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work should be specified.
- The abstract title should be written with only the first letter capitalized (acronyms are exceptions).
- If abbreviations are used in the abstract, their full form should be provided in parentheses.
- The aim and methods of the study should be briefly stated, findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained based on the presented findings.
- The entire abstract (excluding the title, author's name, and surname) should not exceed 500 words.
Any abstract that does not comply with these guidelines will be excluded from evaluation, regardless of its content.
Evaluation of Abstracts
The evaluation will be conducted by the Abstract Evaluation Committee while keeping the researchers’ names, surnames, and institutions confidential. To be considered for evaluation, the abstract submitter must complete the congress registration by February 28, 2025. The evaluation results will be sent to all abstract submitters as a result letter.
Presentation Information
Posters
- Posters should be 70 cm wide and 90 cm tall.
- Posters should be arranged in a way that they can be read from a distance of at least 1 meter.
- Posters will be displayed in the section and on the date specified by the organizing committee.
- Posters will be attached using adhesive putty; no other materials will be allowed.
- Poster presenters will be assisted with attaching their posters.
Slides
When preparing your slides, please ensure that:
- No more than 7 lines are included on each slide.
- No more than 6 words are included in each line.
- Slides are prepared in landscape format.
- Large tables are not included on the slides.
- You may prepare your slides in Turkish or English.
Video Presentations
When preparing your video presentations, please ensure that;
- Videos are formatted and submitted in Turkish.
- Video duration should not exceed 7 minutes.
- The narration on the video should be in Turkish or English.
