Register Now

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• Opteamist Tourism reserves the right to adjust the tax rates in case of any changes in the tax rates.
• All participants and company representatives must register, and the registration fees mentioned above cover participation in scientific sessions, congress bags and abstract books, entry to the exhibition area, and social activities.
• The registration will be finalized upon payment; the registration fees must be transferred to the congress account, and the receipt must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All refunds will be valid if notified in writing to Opteamist Tourism.
• If cancellations are made by February 1, 2025, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded.
• Cancellations after February 1, 2025, will not be refunded.
• *All refunds will be processed after the Congress.

ACCOMMODATION

• For accommodation bookings, it is strongly recommended to first check availability with the congress organization agency for a confirmed reservation.
• The prices are per night, and must be purchased as a minimum 2 night package. (April 11-13, 2025)
• VAT and Accommodation Tax will be added to the prices.
• The exchange rate for the organization is the effective selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey on the hotel check-in day.
