REGISTRATION

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• Opteamist Tourism reserves the right to adjust the tax rates in case of any changes in the tax rates.
• All participants and company representatives must register, and the registration fees mentioned above cover participation in scientific sessions, congress bags and abstract books, entry to the exhibition area, and social activities.
• The registration will be finalized upon payment; the registration fees must be transferred to the congress account, and the receipt must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All refunds will be valid if notified in writing to Opteamist Tourism.
• If cancellations are made by February 1, 2025, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded.
• Cancellations after February 1, 2025, will not be refunded.
• *All refunds will be processed after the Congress.

ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation requests must be accompanied by a 75% prepayment within 15 days from the date of the request in order to confirm the reservation. The payment must be made to the congress account provided in the congress information.
• The prices are for a 3-night stay (check-in on April 10, 2025, check-out on April 13, 2025) and include breakfast.
• VAT and Accommodation Tax will be added to the prices.
